ISO 9001 certification as a first step for a strategic move to become the best HR administration and

Inspired by two books - Delivering Happiness by Tony Hsieh and Good to Great by Jim Collins, I founded Widya Presisi Solusi starting with 5 clients in January 2014 with a mission to prove that the value of corporate culture and establishing a great team are important in the making of a great company.

I feel blessed and grateful that in 2017 Widya Presisi Solusi has been entrusted and has served more than 30 multinational companies and non profit organizations from Asia Pasific, Europe and the USA which operate in Indonesia.

As I have helped many companies to implement the ISO 9001 Quality System Management standards for more 20 years, I know that the ISO 9001 requires companies to fulfill customer's requirements and measures the customer satisfaction. These standards can give a strong basic foundation and that is sustainable in the vision of becoming a great consulting company.  Besides the PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) cycles, the current ISO 9001:2015 requires Widya Presisi Solusi to anticipate risks and opportunities in these VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) business environments. The main difference Widya Presisi Solusi in comparison with other consulting companies which prefers to become a generalist, Widya Presisi Solusi prefers to become a specialist with focus in providing persistent service and right solutions in HR Administration and payroll services by using its expertise and depth knowledge for the clients.

With the quality policy:
The WPSian is always persistent and proactive in meeting the customer's needs by working meticulously, with agility, and ensures the maintainence of confidentiality so that all parties are satisfied in receiving what is duly theirs on time.
All parties, including employees, clients, and the Government (Tax, BPJS  Ketenagakerjaan & Health).
With the implementation of the ISO 9001, it is expected that customer satisfaction and experience can provide a reward for the prosperity of employees, management and shareholders.

In this week Widya Presisi Solusi has passed the first stage of audit from the British Standard Institution (BSI). We hope and plan that by the middle of December 2017, the BSI can recommend Widya Presisi Solusi to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certification. This is a proof that we like to walk-the-talk in being a great consultant is by serving the client as best as possible
