YOUR PERSONAL TAX REPORT
For Indonesian tax payers, March 31st 2015 is an important date to be remembered. It is the last date for reporting your Personal tax. Filing can be done through several delivery ways such as sent by registered mail (special delivery), directly to the tax office and on-line through E-Filing method and sent to the drop boxes. Based on experience registered mail is the most convenience way, because you do not waste time for queuing. Next, you may use the drop boxes. The can be at your workplaces. A tax officer can receive SPT (Annual Tax Return) at the work place. For long-term reporting, the E-Filing can be a solution, however Taxpayers need to obtain an identification number or E-Fin by registering directly to the tax office and only after they get it. They can do reporting via E-Filing on-line.
The Personal tax reporting is important. Based on General Provisions and Tax Procedures Law No Law No. 6 1983 article  3 point 3 b and as amended by Law No. 16 2009 taxpayersrequirement to do the Annual Tax Return (SPT) filing no later than 3 months after the year ended (2014). If tax payers fail to report, then based on Article 7 point 1, they can be fined to administrative penalty amounting to 100,000 (IDR).
The Annual Tax Return (SPT) is not very difficult to report, especially for someone who works and obtains 60 million (IDR) of gross income per annum, he/she can use the 1770 SS Annual Tax Report (SPT) 2014 version which can be downloaded in: http://www.pajak.go.id/mts_download_tree/page/48
The filling is based on 1721 A1 which can be obtained from your employer. You need to copy the information from 1721 A1 such as gross income, deductions like occupational expense and retirement security, non-taxable income, tax and in addition you need to provide information of your own Assets and Liabilities.
However for individual taxpayers who earn more than 60 million (IDR) per annum, they should pay attention on rules PER-19/PJ/2014 from Directorate General of Taxation (DGT) which requires reporting Assets according to 33 classification as follows:

So the example of assets reporting as follows:

Besides those assets, it is required Tax payers to report debts with these following codes:
Liabilities Code:

102         : Credit Card
103         : AffiliateDebt(Loan from a related party as defined in Article 18 paragraph (4) of the Income Tax Law)
